Quotations may be submitted by Speed Post/Courier so as to reach JNTBGRI on or before 21 August 2026 at 4:00 PM.
The quotation should be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed:
“Quotation for Cement Pots” Due on: 21.08.2026
Terms and Conditions
- The quotation shall remain valid for a minimum period of three months from the date of submission.
- The supplier shall indicate the earliest possible delivery schedule.
- Prices quoted shall be firm and final and shall remain unchanged during the validity period.
- Applicable taxes and duties shall be clearly indicated and included in the quoted price.
- Payment will be made against satisfactory delivery of the items.
- The Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
